I was at the sheitel macher this afternoon. When I arrived home I noticed a louse in my wig!!! 
has anyone had such a thing before?
Would you let your sm know or just let it slide?

Never heard of that but ew! Would not let it slide and anyways they should know about it because there may be a problem with other sheitels too..

Once happened to me with a wig- so gross!
I was told to put my wig in the freezer for 24 hours which would kill anything live...

I saw one crawling at the top and got it out.
You think there might be more?!?!?!

Yes! Would absolutely leave it at the SM and have her bring it to someone to check before it goes anywhere near me
With proof that it was checked and cleaned before it came back to me!!!!

Leaving it in the freezer for 24 hours will kill lice. They're not invincible to being frozen.
However, I would also comb my hair very carefully with a lice comb for several days to make sure I don't have any. Or go to a lice lady to be checked. Lice can't live just on a wig, they need to have access to a live person/animal because they need to eat.
