How do I calculate calories per slice?
Myfitnesspal app doesn't have anything remotely related to "chicken roll" "chicken roast" etc. That would make sense.
Tips and suggestions welcome.

It's boneless chicken, rolled and tied together in a net. And then pickled in a brine. Go by ounces of chicken.

I've never heard of a pickled chicken roll before! Not surprised it's not on the app
Anyone have a full recipe? Sounds good

My local butcher shop sells it. As ra_mom wrote, it's pieces of chicken stuffed into a net and brined.
I cooked it in water, diced peppers and mushrooms.
Some people just boil it in water and serve with a sauce.

Is it pure chicken with brine? Or are there fillers? If just chicken and brine figure out if dark or white and weigh your portion. If combined, well, be comforted by the fact that true calorie counts are not typically accurate so it probably does not matter as much in detail as it does in theory. Look at any calorie app to see what I mean. How well done it is matters when measuring volume for counting calories, so you can see what I mean.
True story.(reading lOts of peer reviewed research. It’s one of the things the researchers seem to agree upon.) calories are not the only thing that matter, and when they do, we cannot accurately count them at home. So don’t stress about it and do what works for you.
