Warning I'm in my mid 40s and am old enough to buy good makeup.

The new Sephora Best Skin Ever is pretty awesome. Just as good as my IT Your Skin But Better foundation (which replaced Chanel) , but 1/2 price.

Sephora colorful crayon contour eyeliner is smooth, waterproof and stays put. Comes in a great nude for water line.

I also like their lip liner, not the sharpening kind.

That depends on what skin type you have. What kind of coverage you’re looking for. If you like luminous, matte or somewhere in the middle look.

There isn’t 1 foundation fits all.

Which pencil sharpener works best with this?

If you can afford it, get https://www.shiseido.com/us/en/

Shiseido has a very light and breathable foundation, but with good coverage. It's not shiny, but not too matte. It's especially good if you are light skinned, because they truly understand that "fair" does not match everyone. They have the most delicate shades to choose from, better than any other foundation I've ever tried.

For budget foundation, you cannot beat https://colourpop.com/collections/foundation. The prices are amazing, and the quality is just as good as any other middle priced brand. The downside is that you have to order online, and can't try them on in person.

The upside is that they have several blendable options, so you can do your own highlighting, color correction, etc. They also have a fabulous collection of colors for medium, brown, and darker complexions.
