$500 shopping spree classic summer Help!!

I need help! I'm the type to go shopping once a year and buy one dress max and that's it. I don't like to spend money I don't clearly have and so it's a real challenge when I need to shop. Things don't fit or are over $80 and so I pretty much end up with nothing.

I currently have 6 summer outfits I can wear during the week and ligit nothing I can wear summer on shabbos as I'm nursing for the first time. My husband said to use 500 for now.

So now I have a clear budget I need help figuring out the best way to use it.

I love the maxi skirts now I'm so excited it's in and will be happy to wear them for a while. But also love dresses, though I Don't know how to find nursing friendly (no, wearing a skirt and tank under a dress is not called Nursing friendly) ideally I'm looking for COOL comfortable clothing that's decent quality. Any tips of where to shop? Based in CH but happy to go anywhere else in Brooklyn
