A friend told me about it for ADHD.
My son needs to go on something or else he will be kicked out of yeshiva.
I really don’t want him to go on meds so I was looking for a more natural approach.
Anyone have info on this?

If you want to go natural we do some of these. Omega 3, zinc and magnesium but we found it was still not enough and ultimately added in two non stimulant mediccations. Intuniv for impulse control and straterra for focusing.
The natural supplements were leaving his system too quickly and he would struggle a lot later in the day.
