I have 2 kids who are constantly getting strep and their behavior is very overwhelming and erratic.( hyperactivity, extreme mood swings, obsessions) I am currently using Precious Health of Lakewood and I'm wondering which( if any) doctor will try to help me with this issue. |

which infections should I test for the ones you stated above? Are they treated differently? | Yes the ones I listed above. Different bacterial infections respond to different antibiotics or even combos. And viruses obviously won’t respond to antibiotics. Lyme and coinfections need very specialized testing, they generally don’t show up on standard labcorp/quest labs. If you’re in NY dr. Visconti on SI is great for this. We have seen significant change with certain supplements but it’s a full time job, you need to be fully invested and consistent for it to make a difference.

I did my own research. We’ve paid lots of money for specialists too. But at the end of the day, it’s me and my own never ending research, self treating, advocating for my children that have helped the most. |
Can you tell me which bloodwork you asked dt Feldman to test for?
Which labs etc?

I'm interested in supplements please!

ASO and antidnase b, red blood cell magnesium. We did a stool test too, organic acids test. Lead levels. Immunology panel, food and environmental allergies, CBC and cmp. I wouldn’t advise just coming to him with a list, you need to request in a way that’s respectful and not offensive.

amother [ Babyblue ] wrote: | I'm interested in supplements please! | Every kid is different and responds differently but we saw improvements with magnesium (3 different forms), methylated b vitamins with extra b1 and b2 on top, NAC, Gaba, ltheanine, 5htp, olive leaf extract. Epsom salt and magnesium chloride footsoaks. We also did some Chinese herbs.
