a/o know of any babysitters for a 9 month old near the yeshivas? thanks

Are you talking about babysitting groups by day or a teenage babysitter for nighttime?
By day, there is a list on mothersodcrownheights.com. There may be more than what's listed, but it's something to start with.
Also, each of the yeshivas are in a different location, so you may want to specify which one you are referring to.

Machon l'yahadus and Machon Chana are seminaries for Bal Teshuva girls in crown heights (ages 18+) and many of the students might be available for babysitting in the late afternoons/evenings.
You can call the seminaries or dorms and ask
