Morrocan fish for the night meal.
Dill fish for the day meal - it's light which is good after all those milky goodies.
I'm looking for new fish recipes too! Anyone willing to share their delicious-always-a-hit recipes?

We're going full Asian cuisine for the first night
Chinese noodle soup
Asian chopped salad
spicy and non-spicy Korean fried chicken
fried rice
dumplings w/ hot chili oil
dunno about desert

I don't have exact amounts, it's this more or less
1 Red pepper
Handful Cherry tomatoes
Grated garlic (amount according to your liking)
Few table spoons oil
Small can Tomato paste
1 table spoon curry
1 table spoon cumin
It should form a paste, add more oil if it's too thick
Cover and bake for hour or so. Uncover a bit.
