My feet are extremely swollen and they likely will be for the next few months. I tried on shoes and couldn't even get my feet into them. What shoes do people with swollen feet wear? I like to dress nicely, wear nice shoes. I can't imagine going around all summer in sneakers! Anyone can help me? I'd take links, or general ideas. Thanks so much!

Zappos has the ability to filter for wide feet. You could try that.

I guess wide shoes, maybe the comfy kind that is a shoe in sock-sneaker fabric, that looks dressy enough. It's in style now too.

I have crocs that look like shoes. They're sooo comfortable and look really cute as well.

Dansko has shoes that run extra wide. A friend of mine can't wear anything else. They also look very classy, not like "old lady" shoes.
I absolutely love Naot and Ecco. They are the only shoes that fit me, and my feet swell up all the time.
These shoes are not cheap, but they can last for years. I have a pair of Naot that are 10 years old, and they are as comfy and nice looking as the day I bought them.
