Looking for ideas of outdoor toys and activities for my kids 4 and under. We finally have a space but not a yard. It's basically just a porch but it's more than we had before and I'd like to spent some time outdoors this summer. But the kids are small so I can't just have them bike or the like. And I don't think we have a hose so no pool or splash pad.
What can I get that can be used on the porch itself?

Riding toys
A small picnic table to eat or play on
A small play house
You could buy a piece at your local pluming\hardware store that makes you able to hook up a hose from your sink.

Thank you all!
The picnic table is a great idea! We're thinking of getting a small grill so it's good.
Do you know how the water gets to the water table- I can't seem to find that info. Is it prefilled?

Bring buckets of water from inside.

You need to fill a water table with water. Just like you would fill a kiddie pool.

Yeah that's what I meant- meaning it doesn't need a hose. Thanks!

That looks amazing! But it's too big for the space

We bought a kiddie pool and filled it with sand. It's messy - sand inevitably comes out onto to the porch. We sweep it up and throw it out - it's cheap to replace.
And it gets in the house when they come in - I'm constantly vacuuming it up.
That being said, my kids can play in there for hours. It's worth it to me

Ride on toys/ scooters (can be used on the sidewalk/driveway if that's done in your neighborhood).
Chalk
Bubbles.
A big serving bowl to fill with water and some basic toys to put in it (we just grab 2 cups, 2 water balloons, and a ball)
A ball if you have the space.

You can do this with a pool as well. For children under four, even a couple of inches of water is fun to play in.

Thanks so much everyone! This was really helpful.
I think we'll start with the picnic table and water table and see from there.
(I'm expecting so anything with too much involvement from me is also a no go - I.e. sand cleanup)
