My boys are up year-round, they are 10, 6, 5. I used to have the younger ones go to bed and only the older one up but now the younger boys are old enough that they realize they are being left out. They seem to manage the late night fine and are ok the next day. I wouldn't keep my baby or toddler up.

Same.

My kids are under 5, so once shabbos starts to get later, we put them to bed before the seudoh. We do make a mini kiddush with them though.

There's a special inyan in Chinuch for your children to hear Kiddush and Havdalla. So you should try to have them stay up for Kiddush from a young age. This isn't Kabalah.
My little kids would usually fall asleep on the couch after soup.

This. I would vote for “other” if it was an option....

Younger ones have regular bedtime unless they napped. Older ones are up if they’re up.

My kids always needed to go to bed pretty early, so summertime they went to bed before the seudah. When my oldest was 11 we started letting him stay up as long as he got up for shul on time.

My younger kids are better at staying awake so this year we started letting all of them stay up (7 and 9). It really matters how your kids handle being off schedule.

We normally do early shabbat, which means kiddush is at 9pm, instead of 10 or 11pm lol. So my little kids stay up for kiddush and first course, and then crash out on sofa or I take them to bed.

I keep regular bed times through the weekend.
So depends on shabbos times and kids ages.

Same. So since all my kids are in preschool, they're never up for the seudah. Even in the middle of the winter when they're up till my husband comes home from shul, he then helps me with bedtime before we make the seudah.

Now, in the summer, they get the seudah food (fish, chicken, farfel...) before the zman and go to sleep at their bedtime... before I even tzind licht.
