She has a swing in school.

If she’s willing, the floor! Put her on a carpet or rug, or you can buy a play mat. Put some interesting toys/things around for her to look at or start to reach out to grab eventually, if she’s not up to that yet. She can alternate on her tummy and back if she won’t tolerate too much tummy time yet.

Playmates with hanging toys are fantastic for this age .
Also a bouncer chair with some toys dangling

Really? I think it is too early. They cannot yet sit up at 3 months old

I rotate between floor, bouncy seat, baby carrier and just my arms.

Floor only. No containers. They don't need swings or seats.

Another vote for floor. Just make sure she's on her tummy and back an even amount of time to strengthen all muscles. Get a nice fuzzy floor mat and some toys for her to reach. Some mats have an arch with hanging toys as well. Seats and swings and bouncers are not ideal for prolonged periods a of time.
The point of the floor is to strengthen all muscles of the body and to encourage exploration of the environment the other options encourage passivity that doesn't contribute to brain and body development. Being held is also good as there is natural movement of limbs and neck and eyes. balance is involved as well as growth in social emotional and positive attachment style areas.

my baby is 11 weeks, I usually alternate between floor and bouncer seat with toys hanging. I feel like he needs more options already but he's my first so don't have other toys to scatter around and haven't thought about buying any yet
when he starts getting antsy after some time in the bouncer I remove the toys and he can just look around..hope its enough stimulation for his age for now

Don’t do that, the less time they spend “in” something the better. With the play gym hey can move themselves around and explore.

She needs to be on the floor if you want her to develope muscles to learn to sit and crawl abs walk.

The playmats with hanging toys are great cuz they give visuals stimulation while she’s on her back, and opportunity to grab toys (building muscle and all sorts of developmental stuff)
