What age do the BY sleepaway camps Bnos, CBY, Raninu etc start accepting sleep away campers?

When I was a kid the youngest bunks were mainly staff kids and kids who sadly were better off not being home for the summer. What age is it common for plain ordinary people to start sending. I know this can vary greatly from camp to camp so please specify camp.
