Are they both taken together same time or how many hrs apart.
First time kid having crazy allergies. We need respite!!

I feel for you!
We are dealing with this for the first time this year.
My son didn't really respond to Claritin, so the doc told us to switch to Zyrtec and also to start him on Flonase.

If, and only if, your doctor has told you to give both, you give one in the morning and the other at night/bedtime. Give whichever makes him sleepier at night.
And definitely think about adding Flonase. They have a mist that works nicely for kids who don't like nose sprays.
