This is a map of the top of Toms River. I know someone looking to buy property and we are curious how far out Jews are buying these days. (To live in, not to rent out to non-Jewish people.)
I drew a red circle around the area I know Jews are buying. Do you know more?

It goes way further out to the right, silverton, church, vermont, hickory... not sure exactly how far but other streets over there too. Also parts of the red part are not jewish, they are small non jewish developments, so double check the actual street before purchasing.

Does your friend have a real estate agent that she trusts? A good real estate agent would be able to tell her not only were the Jews are but what type of shuls are in the area.
