Where can I find a person? Don’t know how to sew 
I have something that looks like this. https://liziheadwear.com/produ.....lock/
I find the thin elastic very uncomfortable around my entire hairline and over my ears and would love something like a stretchy headband sewn into it so that will cover my ears and hairline, and the elastic in the snood taken out.

Probably any Chinese cleaners/alterations can do it for you

My sister had a similar problem she spoke to a lady who sold snoods and the lady was able to help her.
