Got from school a farmer cheese, 1 whipped cream cheese, and one pie crust. Plz give me a recipe for a cheese cake. Tnx.

Whole lb farmer cheese? My recipe uses 1/2 lb, so you will have leftover farmer cheese.

2 eggs
3/4 C sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 lb farmer cheese
8 oz cream cheese

Blend until smooth.
Bake at 325 f.

(I'm bad with timing, so I usually just keep as n eye on it in the oven.)

Anonymous because I give out this recipe a lot, and really do not want to be discovered.

1 lb farmer cheese
1 whipped cream cheese
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1 tablespoon corn starch dissolved in 1 cup milk
1 vanilla sugar
Mix well. Divide in 2 pie crusts. Bake 350 for 45 minutes- 1 hour.
