Many moons ago I was at a kidish where this cheesecake was served. It had cookie crumbs on bottom and top. The cheesecake was made up of farmer cheese and other ingredients of course.
I think Strauss bakery used to sell it many moons ago. I haven't seen it there in recent years.
Where in the 5 boros can I find it?
All cheesecake I see are made of cream cheese basically....

It freezes very well
No need to eat the whole thing.
I used to bake them in small pans.

Bingo Brooklyn sells the rebbetzin's cheesecake. Look in the refrigerator case in the bakery section, left side.
