9x13 pan:
Oriental Bite Size Nuggets
1.5 pounds chicken cutlets, cut into cubes
3-4 Tbsp flour
1 can whole baby corn, drained
1 can whole mushrooms, drained
1 large carrot, cut into matchsticks
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup oil
Preheat oven to 400.
Coat nuggets in flour. Lay out on bottom of a 9x13 pan. Add vegetables. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over chicken and veggies. Cover pan and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Stir and bake 5 more minutes.
