My regular shabbos fish is salmon and gefilta fish. I'm looking for something different, delicious, but it has to be easy. So far I'm doing bronzini in cedar wraps. I want one or 2 more ideas

Sea bass? There's a recipe I make from a taste of pesach where you saute mushrooms put on top of sea bass and bake. Really yummy.
