I have been working in high-tech for 10 years now. I started out as a programmer, and then manager (project management and project management). I loved what I did, although my schedule was very very stressful, but I felt I had no choice.
With covid, my department closed down, and I started working part time from home. It's been such a blessing for my family and myself.
I now need to look for a new job (the old one phased out), and can't see my family going back to the old life of working full-time+ mother. It is just not for us.
On the other hand, I have really good experience, that can benefit so many organizations. What I did is not only relevant for high tech.
How do I go about looking and finding a part time, remote (I live in Israel) job like that?
I will add that I am flexible and happy to take a job that is less challenging, if it's a good supportive environment.
