It depends the time of the day. All day every few hrs like 3-4 hrs. Once the kids are in bed, more often.

I check in the morning and at night and randomly during the day when I have time but when things are going crazy and five people need something for me all at once I just ignore my phone otherwise whenever I notice a notification email

It varies widely. I go through periods where I log on multiple times per day, every day. Other times maybe once or twice a week. And sometimes I take breaks of several weeks or even several months.

Same. I take shorter and longer breaks every so often but once I come back it often borders on addiction.

With you on that. I checked off multiple times an hour and while I'm doing that I'm thinking wait what? So many times? I've got to stop

Don't remember ever being welcomed but that's fine. It's ok my life isn't too exciting so there's nothing to stalk

I’ve said this before. I used to log on a couple of times a day, so to stop myself, I only log on once a day. I might, if I have free time, check it out, but not log on.
