I'm making a sweet potato feta salad for yt, and I've actually never bought feta before. There are so many different brands at the store, at different prices. Is there a brand that's 'known' to be the best? Or are they all mostly the same?
Ty!

Tnuva makes a sheep milk feta that is really good. Also pastures of eden is another really good one.

Ty! I also see it comes in more of a brick type packing, and also a round container that says its crumbled. Does it matter which one?

I personally like the ones that come in brine. Mehadrin makes one that is delicious imo.

I like the tnuva feta cheese that is a vacuum packed brick. I buy both the sheep's milk and cow's milk cheese. They're both delicious.

Best tip for when using feta cheese buy the non crumbled and grate the cheese instead of crumbling it.
