What are the best resources to find a babysitter to come to my home on monsey? I dont have whatsapp and have limited social connections to ask.

Did you look at the general publications available in the community Connections? or in the View? I would start there and then get references. Or you can see if there's anything in the flyers they give out in the shuls. That should be more of a heimish thing because it's written in yiddish mostly. Good luck!!
