Anyone here know anything about stem cell therapy for cognitive delay in kids ? Looking for any info good or bad

I’ve read about stem cell therapy for autism. I know people go out of the country for it. I read at least one pretty impressive testimonial. But this intervention was done following many many other medical interventions.

I think there's a research study on stem cell treatment for cerebral palsy going on but idk if that's what you are looking for
