Lo mein/Japanese Noodles (Binah)
2 pkg Japanese noodles (Gefen in freezer section)
1 onion
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 box mushrooms
¼ c oil
¼ chicken soup mix
¼ c sugar
1 clove garlic
1/3 cup soy sauce
Cook up noodles, in a separate pan sauté onions until see through. Add veggies, sauté
until soft, add the rest of ingredients and pour over noodles. Freezes beautifully.
This is a simple and special recipe, it warms up really well from meal to meal, it doesn't get leftover tasting, the taste usually just gets better.
