How old does a kid have to be in order to be staff? How about staff at sleepaway camp?

For sleepaway camp, usually 10th grade can be waiters, but still have to pay (less than the regular fee, but not free).

In many camps 11th grade is OD or waitress but they still have to pay a lower fee because they have a fun program. Real staff is usually from 12th grade.

My girls got positions as mother's helper in camp as 13 yr olds!! It wasn't free but much cheaper. They baby sat staff's kids half of the day and were part of camp the rest of the time!!
