I wanted to respond but it wasn't anon in that thread.
DH made this up. Sounds terribly weird but it tastes AMAZING. I have failed to meet anyone who didn't like it. Anon for obvious reasons
Fresh Parsley
Fresh Dill
Hiwaj
Salt
Pepper
Oregano
Lemon Juice or Fresh lemons
Bake in oven at 375/200 until done. Tastes best rare.

I can't explain it. We discovered it from Peas, Love, and Carrots. Some of her recipes call for it. She makes chicken soup with it. I think it's middle eastern.

It's a teimani spice blend, but there are two kinds. One savory, one sweeter. I'm assuming OP means Hawaij for soup which is more savory. Pereg makes that blend.
