We are having (rudimentary menu, and not all healthy)

Nights:
Fish (gefilte fish or salmon)
Salad (lettuce, tomato, etc.)
Chicken soup with kneidlach
Meat (brisket or sweet and sour meatballs)
Cooked vegetables (roasted peppers and/or broccoli, or stringbeans)

Skipping kugel and other sides at night because seudas are too late

Day milchig, quite unhealthy
Salmon?
Fruit soup
Eggplant Parmesan and/or Lasagne
Avocado salad?
Blintzes
Cheesecake

Day fleishig
Salmon?
Broccoli salad (cashews, craisins)
Potato kugel
Leftover meats
Cooked vegetables

This is all subject to change, not set in stone at all.

We'll have a dip or two for first course

To make this more healthy, use less sugar, add more veggies.

We eat the same as we always do. Animal protein, vegetables, probably savoury cheesecake, roasted nuts and berries. Sugar, sweetener and grain free. Four years since I started.

Sorry the measurements are for Israel

500 gr cottage cheese
½ C milk
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp pepper

Defrost vegetables and drain well. Put into pan. Mix everything else together and pour over vegetables. Bake at 180 C 350 F for one hour.
