You should bring him in! Either to the doctor, urgent care or emergency room.

Plz take him to the Dr regardless. Doesn't sound "viral". It might be a simple ear infection but the kid needs to be seen. You can also alternate Motrin and Tylenol every 3 hours. It works better than just Tylenol especially with high fever.

Alternate with motrin as too much tylenol can be very very dangerous. Try with a suppository instead. R"S!
