I just tried this out, but it burned a little, and seems ready after 20 min. What size pieces do you all chop it into?

I use large chunks. A pepper would be cut into 8 pieces. Also onion. Eggplant same size or a bit bigger than the onion pieces

Ah okay. I chopped into little pieces, so that would be why it took much quicker. But, it actually tastes delicious
