Mini crisis:
My uncooked gefilte fish was in the fridge overnight. Is it still edible? Shud I freeze it a bit so it has some sort of shape?
Thanks!

Is it still in shape for the most part in the parchment paper? If yes cook it. It's totally fine. I very often leave my gefilta fish roll in the fridge overnight before I cook it.

If it's been refrigerated, it's safe to cook and eat.
I would place it into a loaf pan so it has a sort of shape and bake it with spices for an hour and a half at 350. I suppose a muffin tin might work as well, but lower the bake time accordingly

Yes it still has a basic shape. Thanks:)
Though I’ll probably refreeze and cook it on Sunday for yt so it doesn’t fall apart in the pan

No you should not refreeze uncooked fish or meat once it’s defrosted.
