Bruriah would be lambasted for not going on birth control for like the past 20 years, especially after giving birth to a SN child

Hadas would be sent to marriage counseling (or a beis din)

Leah would be told to separate herself from toxic relationships because she has to put her own needs first

Noach would be villified for daring to still be in kollel while his wife is so overworked and they can't even afford to fix the furnace

Oh--and therapy for all, because why not?
