Anyone have any different ideas? Already did the breaded, onions and garlic, etc. Don’t want anything with wine. TIA.

Grill em, brine them, stuff and roll them, saute for an Asian dish or fajitas...

Bread with flour sauté onions and mushrooms put onion and mushroom mixture on chicken and bake till done uncovered

Flatten. lay a piece of pastramion top. Roll up. Hold closed with toothpick. Dip in thousand island dressing, then cornflake crumbs. Bake.

Everything but the Bagel chicken

1 1/4 ts onion powder
1 t garlic powder
1/4 t pepper
1 t mustard
1 t dried onion
2 t dried garlic
2 t poppy seeds
1 T sesame seeds
2 T red wine vinegar
1/4 c. olive oil
8 chicken breasts

Marinate and grill - delicious!

Not wine but beer- beer battered chicken- BY cookbook 2 (if not, then 1)

pretzel chicken:

Beat egg with honey and yellow mustard
Dip chicken in that mixture and then coat well with pretzel crumbs. Fry .

You can use pretzel crumbs that come in the can like Schwartzs or make your own from regular salted pretzels .

Easy and quick
Sprinkle both sides with salt, garlic powder, and paprika. Then smear both sides with a mix of mayo and alittle mustard. Broil for 15 min. Heaven beyond

I came here to search for an easy grilled chicken recipe. So many recipes call for soy sauce which I don’t have right now. I think I’ll try this tomorrow. I like that I don’t have to dirty a pot for this! Thanks
