Title says it all. My husband only likes this cake made with Israeli 5% cheese anyone have a recipe for it?

Not sure what cheesecake you mean but this one uses 5 percent Israeli cheese and is amazing https://bitesnpieces.co/caramel-cheesecake

I made the regular recipe with 9% gevina levana and just added more lenon juice. Comes out fine though ive never tried folding it.
