I'm wondering if I'm the only one noticing a lack of frozen strawberries and spinach in the grocery stores? Been looking for several weeks!

There is a shortage.
For spinach they say you can substitute the frozen kale
For strawberries I bought brands we don’t typically eat and ran in my food proctor until totally processed - my rav said this was okay.

Strawberries I saw galore. Spinach is nowhere to be found. I was told there’s in issue with the hechsher I guess it means infestation.

There is a general shortage of spinach as there was some kind of crop issues.
This would impact the supply chain of frozen spinach more than fresh spinach since there is a lag time between when produce is harvested and when it is processed and arrives for sale in a store.
There is fresh spinach widely available now as well as fresh strawberries.
