What are you serving the second night that can either be served cold or will heat up quickly? Fleishig preferred. Thanks!

I start with cold course. Like salmon and salads.
Then soup that heats quickly in oven.
All food should be in fridge, not frozen, fully cooked.
By the time we get to main course it’s 1-1 1/2 hrs after candle lighting so the food is normally warm by then.

We go with foods that can be Served at room temp- think Shabbos day: shnitzel and deli roll. Or things that cook fresh fast: chicken wontons or a thin cut of meat.

We always eat wet foods since they heat up quicker than dry ones. Examples, saucy sliced meats, stews, this year fricassee.

If I put soup into a disposable aluminum pan (just as much as we need) it reheat quickly on the hotplate.
Sliced corned beef reheated the same way.
Orzo.
Green beans or asparagus at room temp.
Steak salad at room temperature.
Cold potato salad.
Broccoli salad.
