I am using this recipe for corn kugel, making them in muffins.

Do you think I can substitute almond milk for the creamer? Or totally not?

I would! Just make sure it is plain and not vanilla.

Almond milk is more like milk then cream (high fat).

So you might want to add a drop more oil.

But it's not absolutely necessary.
