Looking for a cotton/linen beach dress in a loose kaftan style, that is not sheer and basically covers my elbows and knees. Not a swimdress.
I've seen women wear them but I can't seem to find.

hi- would you consider sewing one? this is probably one of the easiest garments to make: just 2 seams one on each side, and you can finish/or not the neckline. I can send you a link if you want. otherwise, where do you live? there are many online sites of indian- style cotton dresses which would make great tznius caftans.
