so ladies any progress?

anyone got a little goal to lose something before purim?

I will not eat white flour or sugar until then, if I achieve my goal I want a high five from everyone here ok?

Down 2.2 lbs this week, so I took off what I gained last week. My goal this week is reaffirm my motivation to exercise more.
