I was at a Sheva brochos recently in yapchik. The people making it weren’t wealthy so I’m assuming it’s somewhat affordable.
Also r’ gissingers shul has a reasonable caterer. It’s worth it to find out about it.
Sorry, I don’t know exact prices.

Maybe try Out to Lunch or Circa. I think they're both pretty inexpensive.
