There are a number of seminaries that don't focus on academics and are more concerned with the girls having good middos, looking to grow, etc. I really would not worry about that or about her failing math in 9th grade. More important for her to develop in areas in which she can be more successful, be a good person and feel confident in herself. That is what will get her into the right seminary for her. B"H there are mechanchim out there who recognize that how well one does in high school math has no bearing on who they actually are.
