I'm considering building a house (4-5k sq ft) and would love to see frum house plans of similar size. I see lots of non Jewish plans online but those generally don't fit the frum lifestyle. I'm looking for 5 decent size bedrooms upstairs, large kitchen, etc. I know I need to talk to an architect but would love to have a general idea before I do (especially if I end up using a non Jewish one).

You can email me

I can share my house layout.
It’s about your size if you add the basement and attic.
If it’s just 2 floors I think my layout would be helpful, you can just make the rooms larger.
It’s very functional.

I have a new construction Lkwd house. It’s narrow and deep. I have a long hallway ahead when u walk in. To the right LR, DR, kitchen. To the left coat closet, office, steps upstairs, another coat closet, steps down that lead to garage and basement, play room which also opens up to kitchen. Upstairs I have 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms

Nice to have a washing sink in/near your dining room for washing for Seudos - and to only one faucet with cold water.
A big playroom with lots of closet space.
Lots of closet/storage space in general

This is a frum builder. Not large size bedrooms though at all, and no basements

Some things to think about:
do you want your kitchen and diningroom to be open that you're not excluded from the company while serving?
Sink in dining room
Do you want sinks outside your bathrooms for negel vasser?
Enough bedrooms upstairs, plus an extra room or 2 in the basement with its own bathroom for guests.
Playroom: You want a playroom for little kids near your kitchen (a 2 year old can't go play downstairs alone while you cook). Older kids either a separate one downstairs or some other safe place to play with small toys like legos.
Dining room has expandable space like into a living room for a simcha.
Mudroom with enough space for all the bags, hats etc.
Storage for pesach things
