Thanks

What would be a typical week of salatim for you? Other than techina, chummus and babaganoush

Carrot salad- grate carrots, add olive oil, sour salt, salt and pepper. You can also add jalapeno for a kick.
Beet salad- boil beets until soft. Add lemon juice to the water to make them boil more quickly- it takes a while anyways. Grate or cube beets. Add olive oil, cumin, salt and sour salt.
Potato salad- red potatoes cubes, boiled eggs, Israeli pickle, with mayo, salt, and pepper.
Cole slaw- slice green and/or purple cabbage into thin strips. Add mayo, salt, and pepper.
Olive dip- green olives blended in food processor, mayo, lemon juice, some crushed red pepper.
My husband has hummus and tehina recipes. I can ask for them, if you'd like!
