And where do you live?
Someone asked me if NY has a lot of home break ins. I told her that people don’t have bars on their windows, but they do lock their doors. My parents home was burglarized over 15 years ago. My father thinks it was their cleaning lady’s son because they took some money that was in a place that could only be found if you knew it was there.

Many people have window ratches in NY. It depends what area.
