I baked sweet diary buns. Do I have to keep it in the fridge after its baked? Or can it stay out overnight like regular baked stuff.
It has butter and milk in the recipe, in case it makes any difference

It can stay out unless you topped / frosted it with something very sensitive. The dairy in the dough is totally fine to sit out.

Yeah, I’d leave that out (maybe unless your house is exceptionally hot). The rolls won’t taste as good if you refrigerate them.
