...a computer tech who is honest and reasonably priced? I can't afford to replace our computer and it is having some issues.

I used to get my laptops repaired at Michael's on Ft. Hamilton and 52 or 53 or 54 or 55 or 56, lol, I can't remember which street, but definitely on Ft. Hamilton. He has a sign that says Michael.
He was always reasonably priced, esp if you explain your situation.

I've had wonderful experiences with a guy named Mark in Crown Heights, who really knows his stuff and is extremely well-priced. His online reviews speak for themselves:
