What size do you need? I have four pairs size large that I need to return.. my son needs a smaller size.

I’m trying to stay with19.
The legs of the 21 fit like leggings below the knee. I really don’t like the look.
It’s much more fitted then previous years.
Just hoping my boys won’t care too much.

Is this true? My son doesn’t like the tiro 19s I just bought, they are too loose on him. Smaller size is too small.
Should I try the tiro 21?
