Yes it should be fine....remember it stays hot for a while...

Wouldn't recommend but you can assess your own risk. If not pregnant or immune compromised you can take the gamble.

7 hours at room temperature is too long for meat to be safe! I once got food poisoning from meat that had been out for 6 hours. Was sick like a dog for 2 whole days. Not recommendable.
