To answer your question... I don’t buy them.

Alot chicken gizzards are great for chicken soup.

Chicken gizzards are delicious in chulent.

There was a minute roast recipe with chicken gizzard sauce for pesach- maybe someone can post it for you
Wrap the spiced minute roast in parchment paper and bake
Slice
Sauté onions and finely chopped gizzards to form sauce
Pour sauce over roast when serving

Was delicious

Gizzards and necks are for soup or fricassee.
I have never seen feet. My chickens don’t come with them.
Fat/skin goes in the garbage.

Fish-I only buy filets or gefilta. .

Neck - toss - for some reason my mother taught me that necks aren't healthy LOL I don't know if this is a bubbemester but I don't find them palatable anyway

Feet - My chickens don't come with feet. My neighbor loves feet and if I happened to get feet, I would give them to her as she sometimes has a problem finding feet to cook

Gizzards - Depends on whether I am planning to make a gravy. But generally I would toss

Skin/fat - Depends on how I am cooking the chicken. If I am roasting the chicken, it goes in the oven intact because the skin crisps and the fat is needed to baste the chicken. For any other type of cooking I toss because the skin is disgusting to eat when you braise it and who needs excess chicken fat in a dish

What about these parts of fish? - these would all be tossed except possibly the skin because there are some fish recipes in which fish with skin is sautéed and the skin is part of the delicious quality

-Female roe
-Male roe
-Skin/fat
-Head

Neck I use in my chicken soup. I buy it in a bag and throw it away afterwards

I have never seen chicken feet to be honest, and I have had gizzards a few times in soups, but I don’t buy them. The skin is my favorite part of the chicken, and the fat is my husband’s favorite part.

For fish- I only buy fillets.
I don’t usually like the skin but I know plenty of people who like a crispy skin
Roe I wouldn’t really call less popular, since that’s what caviar is made from and that is pretty popular

Feed them to the cats.

Except the neck which goes in soup, and the skin which I might leave on for cooking.
